The Health Aide will support School Health Services under the direction of building school nurses in response to student health needs, including first aid, health record management, clerical tasks, and mandated vision and hearing screenings. Proficient identification of any deficits in students' vision and hearing, facilitating early referral and intervention to improve the student's quality of life. The Health Aide reports to the school nurse, Nurse Leader and Building Administrator. The Health Aide will be required to travel between schools.
