As a Behavior Support Professional, you will provide one-on-one support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in home and community settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact while growing your career in the field of behavioral health. Duties Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children based on individualized treatment plans. Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA. Record accurate and detailed data on client behaviors and skill acquisition. Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers to support client progress. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions. Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing supervision. Experience Must be 21 years or older to apply. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience as a Behavior Support Professional or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred. Training will be provided. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
