Mental Health Associate Opportunity - Premium Pay, Every Weekend Position This position requires working every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) in exchange for a higher rate of pay. This is a full time position with the opportunity to work 40 or 32 hours per week. The base pay range starts at $22.00 per hour and is based off level of experience and education. Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. The Mental Health Associate is a vital part of Pembroke Hospital's treatment team. This is a full time position with an opportunity to work on the day, evening, or overnight shift. As a Mental Health Associate, you will: Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors Assist with patient groups and activities With proper training, you will work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs. You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, crisis intervention techniques, and CPR.
