Job Description

Passionate, dedicated and experienced Behavioral Support professional or Special Education professional to join a team working with an individual adult with autism. This is not a job, or a paycheck, this is a vocation. If this is you please apply: 1. You have experience creating a structured program of engaging activities to prevent behavioral issues. 2. You love goal setting and vested in growing this program to something uniquely special. 3. You have experience working with adults with autism in redirection of negative thoughts and ruminations. 3. You are unflappable with challenging behaviors and are excited to implement strategies to prevent those behaviors. 5. You enjoy the collaboration of a team in reaching behavioral achievements for participant and growing the program to its fullest potential.
MUST HAVE
Requirements:
1. High School Diploma 2. Driver's license and clean driving record. 3. Safe and Reliable transportation 4. Experience in working with people with autism and/or developmental disabilities with behavioral plans. 5. Education and business experience a plus. 6. Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work as a team player with other team members.
Work Hours & Schedule:
Days, evenings, overnight and some weekends
Pay:
$ 30+ per hour, dependent on qualifications. Mileage Reimbursement Reimbursement of health insurance premiums available. Please submit resume & availability.
