Coach and train staff in evidence-based behavior support, trauma-informed practices, and social-emotional learning.
Support the implementation of classroom practices that promote positive behavior and healthy development.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure children and families receive the support and services they need.
Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and program requirements.
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuous quality improvement efforts. Most importantly, you'll help children build the skills they need to succeed while supporting families and educators in creating nurturing, inclusive learning environments.

As a Behavioral Intervention Coach, you'll play a key role in supporting children's social-emotional development and helping classroom teams create positive, successful learning environments. Working closely with children, families, and Head Start/Early Head Start staff, you'll provide coaching, consultation, and behavior support strategies that help every child thrive. In this role, you will: Partner with teachers, families, and program staff to identify and address children's behavioral and social-emotional needs.Observe children in classroom and home settings and help develop individualized support strategies.
