What You'll Do:

As a Behavior Intervention Coach, you'll partner with teachers, families, and support staff to promote positive behaviors and social-emotional development for children. In this role, you will: Provide coaching and consultation to teachers on behavior support strategies. Observe children and classrooms to identify behavioral and social-emotional needs. Collaborate with families and staff to develop and implement behavior support plans. Support referrals and connections to additional services when needed. Deliver training and resources to strengthen classroom behavior management practices. Monitor progress and provide follow-up coaching to support successful outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings to coordinate services.
