  • Earn a base salary of $70,000

BCaBA:
Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions Ensure therapy aligns with Centria's assent-based, child-centered philosophy At Centria, BCaBAs are more than assistants; they're trusted teammates, emerging leaders, and essential to our mission of delivering high-quality, ethical ABA therapy.
