Required/Preferred Experience:

BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Experience working with diverse populations preferred

Advanced listening, communications and organization skills Knowledge and experience working with diverse ethnic and socio-economic groups Strong relationship building skills Ability to respond to needs of students and staff

Responsibilities:

Circulate the building to support student attendance and punctuality Execute hall sweeps Document and analyze pass/tardy/skipping data Develop check-in system with 10-15 students struggling with attendance Communicate regularly with families regarding attendance concerns Collaborate with school staff to promote student safety, enforce school rules, and support school-wide initiatives Participate on various school-level teams aimed at improving school culture and proactively preventing truancy, conflict, etc. Supervise arrival, dismissal, and lunch Other duties as assigned by the principal
