Job's House is hiring multiple candidates. This is a care program that includes periods of intensive interventions and involve multi disciplinary support, that requires efficiently skilled individuals who know how to analyze problematic behaviors, skilled in de-escalation, documentation and professional communications.

Skills and Experience:

2+ year of experience with working individual with severe and persistent mental Illness and chronic medical conditions (Required ) Strong communication and documentation skills (Required) Ability to interpret behavioral trends Experience with person-centered thinking and planning ( preferred) Judgment and decision-making skills to handle crisis situations and day-to-day events.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in a group setting of 2:1 staff to client ratio or more Ability to maintain a level of professionalism with clients and their support teams Must be at least 18 years of age 2+ years of experience working with clients with severe mental health diagnosis. Previous experience with ASD and ABA Therapy (recommended but not required)
