Key Responsibilities:

Create a nurturing atmosphere that builds clients self-confidence and self-worth. Take responsibility as the main contact for assigned clients, including program development, assessment, and documentation. Work under the supervision of a mental health professional to deliver and document programing and clinical services. Engage actively with clients to foster positive social interaction. Assist clients with healthcare needs and personal fund management. Maintain open and honest communication with your team promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support. Uphold policies, procedures, and philosophy of Thrive Behavioral Network.

What We're Looking For:

To join our team, you need to meet at least one of the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field with 2,000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services; or Fluency in a non-English language spoken by at least 50% of your clients, with 40 hours of mental health training and a weekly clinical supervision until you have 2,000 hours of supervised experience; or At least 4,0000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services; or Currently a graduate student in a behavioral science program with formal clinical training assigned by an accredited institution; or Master's or other graduate degree in a behavioral science related field from an accredited college or university.
