We are seeking Behavior Support Specialists to work one-on-one with children with autism and related developmental needs. You'll be trained to use structured teaching and behavior support strategies to help children gain independence and confidence. No experience in ABA required — we train you from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
Provide individualized support to children during therapy sessions Teach communication, social, and self-help skills Implement behavior support plans created by licensed clinicians Collect simple data to track progress Work closely with families and clinical supervisors
Ideal Backgrounds:
