Temporary Crisis Behavioral Health Practitioner (BHP)- Awake Overnights You belong here! This temporary position provides mental health services and support to adults, adolescents, and children who are experiencing a mental health crisis. The position works overnights (awake position) in our residential crisis units in our Willmar office location. You will work with others within a multidisciplinary team of professionals and practitioners. Temporary full-time position (80 hours every two weeks) working 11:00 pm - 7:30 am overnight shifts weekdays only. Shifts run from Sunday night at 11:00 pm through Thursday night at 11:00 pm ending Friday mornings at 7:30 am. No weekends! This position qualifies for shift differential (additional $3.50/hour).
Job Duties:
Provide assessment, intervention, and stabilization services. Provide a safe and supportive environment. Communicate with clients, families, and outside agencies. Complete phone screenings with persons who are in a crisis. Complete unit tasks including cleaning, data entry, and filing.Requirements:
Must meet DHS requirements for Behavioral Health Practitioner. Ability to pass a DHS background study. Must be 21 years old or older.
