As a CTSS Behavioral Health Practitioner you will work in our CTSS (Children's Therapeutic Support Services) program. Behavioral Health Practitioners provide community-based rehabilitative services to children/adolescents, and/or their families depending on the interest areas and experiences of applicants.

CEUs Responsibilities:
Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or their families (if working with children) in the home, community, and/or school. Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals. Design and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of client needs. Receive clinical supervision from a qualified staff and obtain continuing education units.
Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, you must be qualified in at least one of the following ways: Meet the Behavioral Health Practitioner requirements as per MN State Statute 245I.04.04.
These qualifications include the following:
Hold a Master's degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields Hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
AND 2,000
hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to people with mental illness Candidates who have completed a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served, and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields may qualify and are encouraged to apply regardless of whether they have 2000 hours of experience. Have 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to people with mental illness Meet the Clinical Trainee requirements per MN State Statute 245I.04.06 Has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional Meet the Mental Health Professional requirements per MN State Statue 245I.04.02 Licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota Additionally, you must meet the following requirements: Desire to work with children and families in their homes; this includes walking, stairs, and the ability to crouch, stoop, sit on floors, and stand for periods of time. Ability to work independently; Valid driver's license/auto insurance/reliable vehicle; ability to drive a minimum of a 30-mile radius around primary clinic location. Must be proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR). If interested in working with children/adolescents and families must be able to commit to late afternoon/early evening schedule.
Compensation :
This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $22.00
  • $23.
00 hourly. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE. Employees in these positions are W2.
