Key Qualifications:

Active substitute certification listed on the DESE website (required) Experience supporting K-12 students, ideally in SPED or behavioral support settings Comfortable with toileting, changing, and assisting with personal care and behavior management Willingness to float between various K-12 campuses as needed Flexible approach to working across 1:1 assignments and general classroom support Ability to pass required background screenings and fingerprinting

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist teachers and staff in both academic and behavioral interventions Provide support in SPED classrooms, adapting to a range of student needs Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to facilitate student success Support students with daily routines, including personal care where necessary Maintain accurate, confidential records of student progress and incidents
