Compensation:

Up to $190,000/year , depending on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Manage and prescribe psychiatric medications Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Conduct risk assessments and support crisis management Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and other members of the treatment team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide patient education and support Qualifications Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Minimum 2 years of PMHNP experience Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Industry Mental Health Care /
