Patient Sitter / Safety Companion We are hiring dependable and compassionate Patient Sitters to provide supervision, companionship, and safety monitoring in a mental health unit. Responsibilities Provide continuous supervision and companionship Monitor and report changes in behavior or safety concerns Maintain a calm, safe, and respectful environment Follow facility and unit safety procedures Communicate concerns to facility staff Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift Requirements Dependable and reliable Strong observation and communication skills Calm and professional Comfortable working in a mental health setting Able to follow safety instructions and remain attentive Previous experience as a patient sitter, caregiver, CNA, behavioral health aide, DSP, or companion.
