Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Psychometric Assistant / Psychometrist with ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) experience to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will support clinical assessments by administering and scoring standardized tests, including ADOS evaluations, to help inform diagnoses and treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. Duties Administer standardized psychometric assessments, including ADOS, with accuracy and sensitivity to clients' needs Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data during assessment sessions to support clinical decision-making Assist licensed psychologists and clinicians in preparing reports by organizing scored testing materials and documentation Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information Monitor clients' vital signs and overall well-being during assessments, providing crisis intervention if necessary Support behavioral management strategies tailored for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Document assessment results thoroughly in medical records, ensuring clarity and compliance with medical terminology standards Requirements Prior experience administering ADOS assessments is essential, with demonstrated proficiency in scoring and interpretation Strong background working with children, individuals with autism, or those with developmental disabilities Knowledge of crisis management techniques and behavior management strategies in clinical settings Familiarity with medical documentation practices, including medical terminology, records management, and data collection methods Ability to perform basic vital signs measurement and recognize signs of distress or crisis in clients Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in social work, special education, or behavioral health fields Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to patient care and support Join us in making a meaningful difference!
