A Qualified Professional's primary responsibilities are centered around our clients leading a self-directed life. We do this by helping individuals maximize their potential by creating goals that are geared towards independent living, improvement of behaviors and responsibility. Qualified Professionals also provide consistent clinical supervision and support to residential assistants and legal guardians of the consumers. Responsibilities Document supervision of Direct Support employees Provide and/or assure completion of required training for Direct Support employees Review and monitor service delivery schedules and employee attendance Develop task analyses and/or strategies for the implementation of goals Participate in planning meetings for assigned caseload Review data and service notes recorded by Direct Support Professional Serve as liaison between all treatment team members and Pathways Group Homes LLC Maintain and update consumer records according to standards Participate in peer reviews and other quality management activities Attend scheduled staff meetings Travel as required to perform duties Complete all required training and staff development activities Submit documentation according to scheduled deadlines Complete authorizations for placement in a timely manner as required Maintain supervision of medications and coordination of care to ensure clients needs are met Review incident reports
