Full Job Description Job Summary:
Clinical Mental and Behavioral Health clinician within a primary health care group practice to function as a member of Mental Health team in the provision of mental health and behavior screening protocols, mental health brief treatment and coordination of care in office and school settings. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Innovative treatment for mental health conditions/disorders abuse patients. Knowledge of psychosocial aspects of chronic and acute diseases. Cultural competency in serving diverse populations. Provide brief treatment, evidenced-based behavioral health interventions to address mental health and substance use early interventions. Complete mental health and/or substance use assessments. Demonstrate strong organizational and computer competency. Provide clear and concise documentation. System Wide Accountabilities Maintain a professional appearance. Demonstrate a positive attitude. Evaluate client's needs or coordination of care. Preparation and Training Master's degree from an accredited university/ college in the field of Mental Health Counselor. A licensed, Associate, or provisional licensed is required. Experience Some experience is required on providing therapeutic treatment services for adult populations, children, and adolescents. An equivalent of knowledge and experience may be considered. Work requires contact with clients, family members, and other professionals in the disciplines and service agencies. Applicants may also include volunteers, interns, and residents.

Full-time Pay:
$28-35 per hour contact.

  • Upon 6 months of being hired our company will pay a bonus of $500.00 to employees and $500 .00 more after the employee has completed 12-month full-time employment period committed to our company.

Phone:
Each therapist/Clinician has their own company's iPhone where they could use 24/7 and be reached with their clients.
Supervision:
Supervision stipend is provided
Schedule:
The schedule may be flexible, and the clinician may make their own schedule once 12 months have been completed. Each clinician needs to be open to working 2 Saturdays of the month.
