Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for after-school hours in Burlington County. This vital role involves providing high-quality behavioral support to children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, in both home and community settings. As an RBT, you will implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collect behavioral data to support progress. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives while working within a supportive and professional environment. Duties Implement evidence-based ABA therapy plans tailored to each child's needs, focusing on skill development and behavior management Assist children with activities of daily living such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting to promote independence Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support children in educational and social settings by applying teaching strategies aligned with their individualized care plans Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding progress, challenges, and behavioral strategies Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical records and documentation Participate in training sessions on behavioral health, medical terminology, ethical standards, and implementing ABA therapy protocols
Requirements:
Current RBT certification in good standing. Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
