Spectrum for Living is a not-for-profit organization which provides barrier-free residential facilities and day program facilities, medical/nursing, psychological, recreational, vocational/educational, dietary, psychological, social, and therapeutic services. Respite, family support services, Adult Training Centers are also provided for persons with physical and developmental disabilities. The Assistant Director of Behavioral Services provides direct supervision, mentorship, and development to RBTs and BCBAs, ensuring that all services reflect best practices, professionalism, and mission-driven standards. Supervise and guide RBTs and BCBAs to promote consistent, high-quality service delivery. Provide regular evaluations, feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and accountability. Maintain staff certification records and ensure compliance with renewal and training requirements. Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and billing processes to align with agency financial goals. Requirements:

Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ABA License Masters degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a behavioral or clinical setting. Experience supporting individuals with IDD and autism in diverse environments.

Job Functions:

Executive Exempt, 40-hour position Travel to different locations travel involved Oversight of RBT's and Behavior Specialist Responsible for the coordinator & delivery of psychological services to include, but not limited to evaluation, development, and implementation of individually prescribed behavior management plans. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
