Medical Assistant (MA)
  • Behavioral Health & Medication Clinic Clinical focus.

We're seeking a skilled and dependable Medical Assistant to support an outpatient clinic providing behavioral health services and medication management, including methadone and Suboxone treatment. This is a clinically focused role best suited for someone who values precision, consistency, and professionalism. You will play a key role in supporting patient care while helping maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment. What You'll Do Obtain and document vital signs accurately Perform venipuncture with confidence and consistency Conduct and process urinary drug screens and pregnancy tests Perform EKGs and TB placements Assist providers and nursing staff with clinical workflow and patient preparation Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Support scheduling needs as appropriate Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical space Interact with patients in a respectful, professional, and consistent manner What to Expect Day-to-Day This is a structured, fast-paced clinic environment with a steady patient flow. The role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized and consistent throughout the day. This position is primarily clinical and does not include front desk responsibilities or medication dispensing.
