Blue Sky Wellness is seeking a compassionate, dependable Recovery Support Specialist to provide nonclinical support to clients receiving treatment for substance use disorder. The Recovery Support Specialist will help foster a safe, respectful, recovery-oriented environment; encourage client engagement; assist with transportation and daily program needs; and connect clients with recovery resources under the direction of the clinical team. Key Responsibilities Provide empathetic, respectful, and recovery-focused support to clients in treatment. Build positive, professional relationships with clients while maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality. Encourage participation in treatment programming, recovery activities, and community support resources. Assist clients with transportation to approved appointments, recovery meetings, and other program-related activities, as assigned. Maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming treatment environment. Observe and promptly report client concerns, behavioral changes, safety concerns, or urgent needs to the appropriate clinical or supervisory staff. Document services, contacts, transportation, and client interactions in accordance with agency policies. Collaborate with clinical, medical, and administrative team members to support clients' individualized recovery goals. Participate in required staff meetings, trainings, and supervision. Follow all treatment center policies, including confidentiality, client rights, safety, and professional conduct requirements.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 40.0 per week
