Our residential treatment program serves adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health needs in a structured, supportive environment. Current Openings Mental Health Technicians (MHT)/Detox Tech Registered Nurses (RN) Medical Assistants (MA) Chef / Cook What We're Looking For Ideal candidates will: Be dependable, professional, and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Have a compassionate and respectful approach when working with individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and leadership Be comfortable working in a residential treatment environment Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and documentation requirements Be willing to complete required background checks, training, and onboarding requirements Position-Specific Qualifications Mental Health Technician (MHT) Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, substance use treatment, caregiving, or a related setting is preferred Ability to support clients with daily structure, activities, safety, and program expectations Strong communication and de-escalation skills are preferred Registered Nurse (RN) Current and active RN license required Behavioral health, psychiatric, detox, substance use, or residential treatment experience is preferred Comfortable with medication management, assessments, documentation, and coordination with providers and the treatment team Medical Assistant (MA) Medical Assistant training/certification as applicable Experience in behavioral health, primary care, residential treatment, or a related healthcare setting is preferred Comfortable assisting with medication-related processes, vital signs, documentation, and communication with nursing/providers Chef / Cook Experience preparing meals in a professional, residential, healthcare, or similar setting is preferred Ability to prepare balanced meals for multiple residents Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, proper food storage, and maintaining a clean kitchen Ability to accommodate dietary restrictions and special meal requirements as directed Why Join Our Team?
