Full Job Description Position:

Student Coach Mariemont Elementary School Description:

Staff member will be assigned to work with elementary students with intensive behavior needs under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). They will follow the behavior plan, support skill acquisition, collect and record data, and assist the BCBA in preparation of student materials.

Qualifications:

1. Degree Preferred 2. Experience with emotional support, behavior intervention, and crisis management 3. Has active RBT certification or would be willing to obtain it 4. The ability to empathize with students and their family members 5. The ability to remain professional in high-stress situations 6. Good listening and reasoning skills with an ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations
