Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an important member of the clinical team and directly implement skill-building and care plans. Accurately record session data using electronic devices. Create a positive learning environment for clients and build connections with their families. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm during challenging situations. RBT certification is required before beginning work. What You Need to Know Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations. We are looking for candidates who are willing to make a six-month commitment to help change our clients' lives. You May Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In Education or early childhood development Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles After-school programs or camp counseling Behavioral health, mental health, or social services ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism Healthcare support roles, including DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one No Experience?
