Responsibilities Assist in conducting behavioral developmental assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs. Implement and monitor Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols tailored to each individual's goals. Collect, analyze, and document data accurately during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support patient care by providing behavioral interventions that promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure clarity around treatment plans and progress updates. Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and managing medical records with precision. Participate in clinical supervision sessions, ongoing training, and team meetings to enhance professional skills and ensure quality service delivery. Qualifications Valid BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and ABA principles. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and HIPAA compliance standards. Proven ability to perform behavioral health assessments, intake procedures, and implement behavioral interventions effectively. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement. Prior experience in special education or working with children with disabilities is highly preferred.
