Mosaic Early Learning Center is seeking a reliable, flexible, and team-oriented Program Support Staff Member to join our team. This individual will serve as a program floater, providing support across classrooms and assisting with center-wide needs. The Program Support Staff member plays a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations. This position supports teaching staff by stepping into classrooms as needed, whether to provide an extra set of hands during busy times or to cover when staff members are absent. This individual will also assist with special projects and additional tasks that support the overall success of the program. Responsibilities Provide classroom support across age groups as needed Step in to cover classrooms during staff absences, breaks, or planning time Assist teachers with daily routines, transitions, and activities Support children's learning and engagement under the direction of classroom teachers Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment Assist with special projects, preparation of materials, and other center-wide initiatives Follow all licensing regulations and center policies Qualifications Experience working with young children preferred Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable and punctual Meets state licensing requirements for childcare staff What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is positive, dependable, and passionate about supporting young children and educators.
