- Cooking balanced meals
- Cleaning and organizing living spaces
- Doing laundry and managing personal hygiene
- Time management and money management
- Model appropriate behavior and problem-solving strategies in daily interactions.
- Use therapeutic skills to support youth during emotional or behavioral challenges, applying trauma-informed approaches.
Qualifications Required:
Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a BCI/FBI background check and drug screening Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated patience, empathy, and reliability Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionallyHigh School Diploma or GED Preferred:
Experience working in a residential, therapeutic, or social service setting Degree or coursework in social work, psychology, education, or human services Familiarity with trauma-informed care and behavioral interventions CPR/First Aid and CPI certification (training provided if not certified) Schedule Flexible scheduling available (evening, weekend shifts) Holiday and weekend availability may be required Full-time and part-time positions openJob Types:
