Your energy and compassion will help create a safe, engaging environment that promotes growth, learning, and well-being. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve through hands-on care, behavioral support, and educational interventions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized plans that foster independence and resilience. Therapeutic Program Worker works with children ages 3 to 12 in individual and group therapeutic sessions. Prior experience in mental health, education, or childcare setting preferred. Training in crisis de-escalation, trauma informed care, and behavioral interventions provided by Kids Thrive.
