This position focuses on a 1:1 caseload with a student requiring strong behavioral support and guidance. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs through June 4, 2027, offering you a long-term role where you can make a tangible difference. Utilize your expertise as a Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, or Behavior Specialist to create a positive, productive learning environment. With a consistent MondayFriday schedule (35 hours per week), youll become an essential member of the educational team, contributing to the students growth and success.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience working in behavioral support roles, particularly at the high school level Background as a Paraprofessional or Behavior Specialist highly valued Ability to manage and implement behavior intervention strategies effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families Commitment to supporting the unique needs of one student throughout the school year

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct, individualized support to a single high school student on your caseload Assist in implementing behavior plans and interventions Help the student stay engaged, safe, and successful in the school environment Document progress and communicate effectively with educational staff and families Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging atmosphere This role features a competitive pay rate from $23$25 per hour, paid weekly.
