r43947-19355 Job Description ProCare Therapy is seeking dependable and compassionate Behavior Technicians / Personal Care Assistants to support students with special education and special needs throughout the school year. These opportunities are ideal for individuals who enjoy working one-on-one with students as well as supporting classroom facilitation and daily learning activities.

What Youll Do:

Provide 1:1 support to students with special needs Assist with classroom facilitation and daily routines Support behavioral, academic, social, and functional needs Help implement individualized student goals and support plans Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school staff Create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience working with individuals with special needs or in a special education setting Experience as a Behavior Technician, PCA, paraprofessional, aide, caregiver, or similar role is a plus Patient, reliable, and comfortable working in a school environment Enjoys working with students in both 1:1 and classroom settings Reliable transportation is required Must be available for the full duration of the school-year contract
