As part of a collaborative educational team, you'll help students build critical academic, social, behavioral, and communication skills.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, ABA, Social Behavior, Human Services, or a related field is preferred; Associate's with relevant experience considered Experience supporting children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotional/behavioral disabilities, ABA implementation, or in mental health/crisis intervention settings Proven skills in behavior management and de-escalation Commitment to maintaining a calm, consistent, and therapeutic approach in challenging situations Excellent collaborative and communication abilities, with basic computer know-how Reliable and professional work ethic

Role Highlights:

Offer direct one-on-one or small-group instructional and behavior support to students in Autism and Emotional Support classrooms Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans and trauma-informed, evidence-based strategies Assist with classroom routines, social skills, emotional regulation, and transitions Support personal care needs when necessary Collect essential behavioral and academic data for progress monitoring Collaborate closely with teachers, clinicians, and other specialists Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment, even during behavioral escalations

Assignment Details:

Contract runs August 10, 2026 - June 11, 2027, aligned with the academic calendar (exact start depends on assignment)
