Support psychiatrists and clinical teams with essential administrative functions. Build positive relationships with clients, families, and providers. What You'll Do As an Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant , you'll provide administrative support while coordinating psychiatric evaluations, medication management documentation, scheduling, and office operations.
Your responsibilities may include:
Administrative Support Prepare, process, and maintain psychiatric evaluations and medication management documentation. Organize, scan, and maintain confidential client records. Create reports, update spreadsheets, and assist with office projects. Verify insurance eligibility and collect requested records. Client & Provider Coordination Coordinate client entry into telehealth psychiatric appointments. Schedule and reschedule appointments for providers. Answer phone calls and respond professionally to client inquiries. Support psychiatrists during sessions by documenting services and completing required paperwork. Office Operations Maintain efficient office workflows and administrative processes. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Attend required trainings and team meetings. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
