Behavior Coach - Long-Term Substitute Location Towanda, PA Address 272 Ennis Lane, Towanda, PA, 18848 Employment Type Full time Location Type On-site Department River Rock Academy Bradford Campus Compensation Final offer determined based on education and experience | $21.63 - $24.00 per hour Starting compensation is determined based on the candidate's highest level of education attained, relevant professional experience, demonstrated skills, and applicable certifications. As a Long-Term Substitute Behavior Coach at River Rock Academy, you'll provide critical support to students by modeling positive behaviors, fostering a consistent and structured environment, and encouraging the development of decision-making and self-regulation skills. In this role, you will help ensure continuity and stability for students during periods of staff transition, playing an essential part in their academic and personal growth.
