Associate Mental Health Counselor

Position Summary:

We are seeking associate mental health counselors to provide both in-person or telehealth-only counseling services primarily to adult and adolescent clients. This role is ideal for clinicians who value structure, consistency, and professionalism while maintaining flexibility and autonomy within a supportive organization. You will be supervised and have direct access to group practice owner. Clinicians in this role are expected to maintain a minimum caseload of at least 10-20 clients per week, demonstrate good clinical judgment, have capacity to learn and take direction, and work collaboratively within a team. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide individual psychotherapy to adults, children and/or adolescents with diverse presenting concerns Provide in-person and/OR telehealth services Maintain a steady caseload with strong client engagement (15-20 clients) Complete documentation accurately and on time Maintain availability for some evening hour availability and/or weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master-level degree in mental health counseling Pre-licensed clinician accepting clients in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or New Hampshire You are seeking quality supervision and are eager to learn as a clinician.
