Position Overview This is a full-time, hybrid W-2 position serving clients in-person at our Red Bank, NJ office and virtually throughout New Jersey. Sage Path actively supports caseload development through practice marketing and referral-building efforts, while clinicians are encouraged to participate in opportunities that help grow their professional presence and caseload. Schedule & Availability Every Thursday, in-person, with an additional in-person day as caseload builds Evenings are required. Virtual hours are flexible Weekends are encouraged, but not required Compensation First-year associate license: $50 per completed session Second-year associate license: $55 per completed session Fully licensed clinician: $65-$70 per completed session, based on experience Administrative rate: $20/hour for required meetings, onboarding, practice-required training Benefits & Professional Support W-2 employment Paid earned sick leave in accordance with New Jersey requirements and Sage Path policy For associate-licensed clinicians, reimbursement of approved clinical supervision expenses up to $100 per supervision session / $100 per week, with proof of payment required EHR, telehealth platform, and practice technology support Flexible hybrid scheduling within practice needs Professional development and continuing education support for eligible clinicians Opportunities to develop specialties, expand caseload, and grow professionally with Sage Path Responsibilities Provide compassionate, ethical individual psychotherapy in-person and via telehealth. Complete clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Provide crisis support, case management, and care coordination as clinically appropriate. Participate in required team meetings, practice training, and occasional compensated practice-development or community-outreach activities. Requirements Active New Jersey clinical or associate license appropriate to the role (e.g., LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LSW/LCSW, as applicable). Ability and willingness to provide in-person services in Red Bank, NJ, including regular evening availability. For associate clinicians, ability to participate in supervision that meets applicable New Jersey licensing requirements. Private, confidential telehealth workspace with reliable high-speed internet. Strong communication, professionalism, ethical practice, and timely documentation. Interest in building and maintaining a consistent private-practice caseload. Preferred Qualifications Experience or interest in anxiety, trauma, perinatal mental health, body image, eating concerns, or related specialties. Experience with CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS/Parts Work, ACT, mindfulness, somatic, or other integrative approaches. Interest in holistic, culturally responsive, and integrative mental health care.
