Full-time | Part-time Position Summary We are seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to provide direct support services in a residential behavioral health setting. This position works with individuals receiving mental health services while promoting daily living skills, emotional wellness, and positive behavioral outcomes. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral health support and skill development. Assist with daily activities and implementation of individualized service plans. Monitor client progress and document services provided. Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Communicate with team members regarding client progress and needs. Complete documentation in accordance with program requirements. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet one of the following: High school diploma or GED with at least three (3) years of professional mental health experience, or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Human Services, or a related behavioral health field. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in behavioral health, residential care, or human services. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to complete required background screenings.
