We are expanding our team and seeking a bilingual English/Spanish mental health therapist who is passionate about increasing access to quality behavioral health services for Spanish-speaking and bilingual individuals and families. Position Overview:
We are seeking a fully licensed or associate-level bilingual clinician who is fluent in English and Spanish and has experience providing individual, family, adolescent, and/or couples counseling. The clinician will provide psychotherapy services through both HIPAA-compliant telehealth and in-person sessions, with flexibility to establish their own schedule while maintaining a minimum of 12 completed client sessions per week and ensuring continuity of care. Sole Solutions provides support with client referrals, billing, insurance credentialing, and administrative processes, allowing clinicians to focus primarily on providing excellent clinical care.
Responsibilities:
Provide culturally responsive psychotherapy to English- and Spanish-speaking clients. Provide individual, adolescent, couples, and/or family counseling based on experience and clinical competency. Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Complete progress notes and other required clinical documentation within established timeframes. Utilize evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic interventions. Effectively communicate clinical concepts and treatment recommendations in both English and Spanish. Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, professional, and licensure requirements. Maintain appropriate client continuity and follow-up. Participate in clinical consultations, case staffings, and collaborative treatment discussions as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluent/bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required. Active or eligible North Carolina behavioral health license, including LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, LMFTA, or other appropriate associate-level equivalent . Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another closely related behavioral health field. Eligible to provide outpatient mental health services in North Carolina. Experience working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, family conflict, and emotional regulation. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation:
$48-$70 per clinical hour , depending on payer reimbursement and services porovided.
