Crisis Intervention Specialist - Part Time Provident Inc / Mary Ryder Home - 3.5 St. Louis, MO Job Details Part-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Client rapport building High school diploma or GED Emotional support for patients Cultural competency Emotional safety support Working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds Typing Supportive counseling Full Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accountabilities Effectively answers incoming calls and monitors online platforms to ensure timely and appropriate support, Assesses callers for suicide risk, Delivers services by establishing and maintaining rapport, assessing caller needs, developing a safety plan, and documenting each call, Provides necessary support and resources, as needed, Follows-up with callers who have expressed thoughts of suicide, Participates in monthly supervision for one hour with assigned supervisor, Maintains clinical skill set by completing monthly online trainings as assigned by leadership team. Work Conditions and Environment This role is considered an Hourly, Shift position.
