Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hybrid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to provide in-home behavioral therapy services on a part-time basis. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with developmental disabilities, including autism. The ideal candidate will have experience in applied behavior analysis, working with children, and conducting patient assessments. This position involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families to promote positive outcomes. The role is designed for professionals committed to patient care, behavioral health, and special education principles within a flexible hybrid work environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA). Deliver in-home therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs while ensuring adherence to treatment protocols. Collect, record, and analyze data related to patient progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical documentation standards. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support behavioral health goals. Maintain HIPAA compliance by managing sensitive medical records and documentation securely. Perform intake assessments for new clients, coordinating care plans accordingly. Stay informed about best practices in special education, behavioral therapy, and medical terminology relevant to patient care. Skills Proven experience with behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA). Strong background working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities. Knowledge of medical documentation procedures, medical terminology, and patient assessment protocols. Ability to collect and analyze data accurately to inform treatment adjustments. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Experience in special education settings or behavioral health environments is preferred. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation processes. Pay:
$90.00 - $100.00 per hour
