If you're driven by the desire to help people navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you. Our practice is dedicated to supporting the mental health of children, adolescents, adults, and their families, and we're looking for people who share our commitment.

Role Summary:

As a Mental Health counselor you'll provide therapeutic services to clients that match your skillset. This role requires some evening availability to accommodate clients' school and/ or work schedules. This position can be 4-5 days per week but requires in person availability on Wednesday and Friday. Employment :

Competitive pay of $55-$65 per session for fully licensed counselors. $50-55 per session for

Associates Full Benefits :

Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees (defined as maintaining 26 active clients per week or more).

Flexible Hybrid Work :

Enjoy a combination of in-office and remote work, though we prefer providers who can offer some evening appointments. No weekend work required.

Contract Option :

For those who prefer, we also provide services to other businesses such as admin, billing, business coaching, scheduling, etc. Details and costs for our services are available on our website.

What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Licensed as an LMHC, LMFT, or Associate-level counselor in Washington. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Evening availability is preferred. How to
