LVCCFD is looking for a mental health therapist to expand our services to the Lehigh Valley. A clinician licensed (or license eligible) in Pennsylvania is required for this position to allow for insurance billing. Clinical supervision is included with the position for associate licensed candidates (LPC, LCSW, and licensed psychologist on staff). Our practice sees patients of all ages, presenting with issues including anxiety, phobias, OCD, mood disorders, autism, and other areas interfering with life functioning. The ideal candidate for this position would be a therapist looking to enhance their experience working with children, teens, and young adults in an outpatient environment. Previous training or experience in working with these populations would be preferred. It is strongly preferred that the candidate be available during afterschool and weekend hours to best meet client needs. Training utilizing empirically supported treatments such as CBT, ACT, Trauma Focused CBT and DBT would also benefit, but we are open to other theoretical backgrounds. Compensation for the position will be fee-for-service as a W-2 employee.
