Position Summary As an Independent Contractor, you will provide behavioral health assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and clinical interventions for children, adolescents, and adults receiving community-based behavioral health services. Clinicians work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team while maintaining the flexibility to determine their availability and accepted referrals. Community-Based Services Telehealth Services (when clinically appropriate and payer-approved) Qualifications Required Active North Carolina licensure or associate licensure in an eligible behavioral health discipline. Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Experience providing Medicaid-funded behavioral health services. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families. Experience with electronic health records (EHR). Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
