Expectations of Partnership:
Commit to investing in starting and growing your private practice, including obtaining a business license, professional liability insurance, and maintaining a professional profile (e.g., Psychology Today, business website). Participate in weekly business setup and coaching sessions to ensure ongoing guidance, accountability, and support in managing and growing your practice. Maintain consistent client availability to support continuity of care. Conduct evaluations, assessments, documentation, and treatment plans that meet clinical, ethical, and payor standards. Complete chart notes, charge slips, and other administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Practice within your licensure scope, uphold professional ethics, and safeguard client confidentiality.
