Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities appropriate to client needs. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with colleagues and community resources to support client success. Adhere to Ohio licensing regulations, ethical standards, and agency policies. Qualifications Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology,or a related behavioral health field. Active Ohio license or license eligible, including:

Associate-level clinicians are encouraged to apply. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and culturally responsive care. Preferred Areas of Experience Anxiety and depression Trauma and PTSD ADHD and executive functioning Autism spectrum disorders Family and relationship concerns Behavioral challenges in children and adolescents DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches Flexible Hybrid Schedule This position offers the best of both worlds: a supportive in-office presence and the convenience of remote work. Clinicians are asked to provide services from our Parma office at least one day per week, with telehealth opportunities available for the remainder of their schedule.
