North Providence, RI Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated HBTS (Home and Community-Based Treatment Services) Worker to join our team in North Providence, RI. The HBTS Worker will provide direct support and assistance to individuals with behavioral health needs in their homes and community settings, promoting independence and improving quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one behavioral health support to clients in their homes and community environments. Assist clients with daily living activities and help develop skills to increase independence. Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of clinical staff. Monitor client progress and document observations and interventions accurately. Collaborate with clinical team members, families, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in behavioral health or related field preferred. Experience working with individuals with behavioral health or developmental challenges is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively within a team. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and community locations.
