Qualifications & Experience:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist Experience conducting educational, psychological, and behavioral assessments Strong background in MTSS/RTI, crisis intervention, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, families, and students Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data to identify student needs Participate actively in IEP and eligibility meetings, providing recommendations and interventions Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address barriers to student learning Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to students Support crisis response and intervention plans as needed Provide guidance and training to staff on mental health awareness and behavioral strategies Benefits of this
