About Early Bird Pediatric Therapy Early Bird Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy organization committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based services that help children and families thrive. Our ABA team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality behavioral services while fostering a supportive environment for professional growth, teamwork, and clinical excellence. We are seeking a dedicated BCBA or BCaBA who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Position Summary The BCBA/BCaBA will provide clinical oversight, direct services, assessment, treatment planning, caregiver training, and staff supervision within our ABA program. This role involves working closely with families, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective, ethical, and individualized care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Services Conduct behavioral assessments and assist with the development of individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based ABA interventions in clinic-based settings. Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and ongoing program evaluation. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other approved assessments as appropriate to certification level. Develop and maintain behavior intervention plans, progress reports, treatment updates, and clinical documentation. Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill acquisition and generalization. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members to support client success. Maintain compliance with BACB ethics requirements, funding source guidelines, and company policies. Supervision & Leadership Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs. Support training, competency assessments, and onboarding of new clinical staff. Ensure treatment plans and interventions are implemented with fidelity. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities. Assist with mentorship, internship programs, and clinical skill development initiatives. Contribute to community outreach, educational presentations, and ABA-related events. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain required productivity and documentation standards. Communicate effectively with clinical leadership, team members, and families. Assist with scheduling coordination and coverage needs when necessary. Stay current on research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prepare and organize clinical materials and resources to support treatment goals.
Qualifications BCBA Applicants Required:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active Texas behavior analyst license (if applicable) Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Completion of the BACB supervision requirements
Preferred:
1+ year of experience supervising RBTs and/or BCaBAs Experience conducting assessments, writing treatment reports, and providing parent training
BCaBA Applicants Required:
Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Preferred:
Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Experience supervising behavior technicians under BCBA direction Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational and time-management abilities Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback professionally
