The Emergency Room Sitter ha both team member and patient care responsibilities that requires judgements, accountability and follow through. Within these responsibilities, accepting delegation, communicating effectively and confidentially, recording accurate information, demonstrating flexibility and maintaining a safe environment by completing unit related services are critical to issues in this position.
